CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking Retainer A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your appointment. Your retainer will be applied toward your service total. Retainers may be transferred one time with 24+ hours' notice. Payment Remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment. Cash and major credit/debit cards accepted. Cancellations & No-Shows Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, same-day cancellations, and no-shows will forfeit the retainer. A new retainer is required to book another appointment. Arrivals Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, your appointment may be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled, and your retainer may be forfeited. Lash Fill Policy Fills require 40–50% lash retention. Less retention or appointments beyond the fill window will require a Full Set. I do not perform fills over another artist's work. Touch-Up Policy Excessive fallout must be reported within 48 hours. Approved touch-ups must be scheduled within the same week. This policy does not cover poor aftercare, illness, medications, hormonal changes, or excessive rubbing. Before Your Appointment Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes and brows. Remove contact lenses before lash appointments if possible. Studio Policies Please come alone unless prior approval has been given. If you're feeling sick, please reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. Approved after-hours appointments are subject to a $10 convenience fee. Right to Refuse Service Ally Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse or discontinue any service when necessary to maintain a safe, respectful, and professional studio environment.
